Cynder the Dragon

Hand-crocheted Cynder, from the Legend of Spyro trilogy (as well as Skylanders).

Even though it was a much different path from the original Spyro games, I always like the Legend of Spyro games just as well. They had a much different feel, much darker and Spyro had a different personality, but it was enjoyable. cinder was a great addition; she was a great female counterpart for Spyro, plus she's very cool.

Modeled from my Spyro pattern. I changed the body some, made it more curvy and lengthened the tail. The tail and wings are wired. The head and eyes are painted with Tulip Soft Fabric Paint (I swear by that stuff, it's great). She measures 15" long and about 9" tall. Crocheted with acrylic yarn.

Any good Spyro fan might squint and notice that she's missing a few details, but that was my own choice. I feel that she looks complete the way she is.
